This story makes my blood boil on many levels – as an entrepreneur, as someone who has been on both sides of customer service, as a daughter and as a person. How does spilling a drink on the floor, a trivial event, translate into the most heinous crime of this century? Assistant manager leads her posse by example – arrogance, ego, disrespect and lack of common courtesy. But was this an isolated incident? Oh no, it gets better!
